Taking new projectsQ1 2027

Software built around your business.

Nextrum is a small software studio from Syria. We build web platforms, business systems and products with Arabic and English interfaces. The engineers who plan your project build it, support it and help your team take it forward after launch.

Services

What we can build for you.

Marketplaces, school accounts and property records need different software. We choose the tools around the work, then test, document and monitor what we build.

01

Product engineering

We build web platforms and APIs around your requirements. We weigh your team, hosting, performance and product lifespan, write down the choice, then document the OpenAPI contract, test in layers and give you an admin panel from the start.

  • Stack selection
  • OpenAPI
  • Layered tests
  • Admin panel
02

Business systems

Business systems for schools, property teams and operations: roles, audit logs, payments, reports and printable documents in one place.

  • RBAC
  • Audit log
  • Reports
  • Right-sized storage
03

Arabic & bilingual

Arabic-first and bilingual interfaces with right-to-left layouts, translation files, Arabic search normalisation and local payment methods.

  • RTL
  • i18n
  • Arabic search
04

Platform & operations

Self-hosted Docker Swarm clusters with continuous integration, traces, logs and alerts. We keep the production setup understandable and documented.

  • Docker Swarm
  • Grafana
  • Loki
  • OpenTelemetry

How we work

A clear plan. Then working software.

You review the scope, try the prototype and see working releases. We document the decisions along the way.

Discover

  1. 01

    Discover

We spend two weeks with the people who will use the system. We map roles, data and risks, then leave you with a plan you can question.

Scope brief · data model · risk register
  2. 02

    Design

We write the API contract as an OpenAPI spec, test the riskiest assumptions and put clickable screens in front of the team before production code.

OpenAPI spec · prototype · decision records
  3. 03

    Build

We work in two-week cycles, test every merge and deploy the same way each time. You see working software at every demo.

A deployable build every two weeks
  4. 04

    Ship & operate

Launch with traces, logs and alerts in place. We stay involved after go-live so your team can understand the system and take over its day-to-day operation.

    Dashboards · runbooks · handover

The code is yours. So is the knowledge to keep it running.

How we build — Nextrum engineering principles

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

How does a project start?
A 30-minute call, then a two-week discovery for a fixed fee. You keep the scope brief and the risk register whether or not we continue.
Who will work on our product?
The senior engineers who scoped it. We take a small number of projects at a time, so the people who plan the work are the people who build it.
Do we own the code?
The code is yours from the first commit. It lives in your repositories and cloud accounts. There is no licence fee; we leave the tests and documentation your team needs to run and extend it, so you are not dependent on us to keep it going.
What stack do you build with?
The one that fits your requirements. We weigh your team's skills, hosting, performance and the product's lifespan, choose the best fit and write down why. If you already have a stack, we join it and add the tests and documentation your team needs to take over.
How do you handle Arabic and RTL?
We design Arabic and English interfaces from the start, with right-to-left layouts, translation files and Arabic search normalisation.
Do you build AI features?
Yes, when they serve a clear job. We integrate OpenAI-compatible models behind admin-managed prompt templates, and keep ratings and history so your team can review the results.
Where does it run?
On your infrastructure or ours. We run Docker Swarm clusters with built-in observability, and our cluster setup is open source.
